If you’re looking for us, we are over at Mmd-I/486 in the Lda Colony. It’s right off Kanpur Road, so it isn’t too hard to find if you know the area. We’ve been doing building work around here for a while. It’s mostly local stuff, like helping people figure out their plots or getting a small construction project started. Choudhary Estate Builder Pvt Ltd sounds like a big fancy name, but really it’s just a few of us in the office most days talking to contractors and checking on sites. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and stacks of papers everywhere. Kanpur Road is always noisy with traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements you see in the city center. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or someone telling their cousin about us. Building things takes time and there are always delays with weather or materials, which is frustrating for everyone, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to get these houses and walls built properly. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving back and forth to different sites to make sure the bricks are showing up on time. We’ve seen the colony change a lot since we started, and we’re just glad to still be here.
