We’re located over on New Berry Road in Lucknow, specifically at Flat 102 on the first floor of Shri Ram Apartments. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes since we are running Puneet Hotels out of an apartment space, but it works for what we need. The office is where we keep all the records and handle the bookings for our guests. You have to walk up the stairs since it's on the first floor, and you’ll usually find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers. 23 New Berry Road is a decent address to have, and it’s pretty easy for people to find once they get onto the main road. We don’t have a massive lobby with a concierge. It’s more of a place where we sit down and talk to people about their stays. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we’re trying to get the billing done. We’ve got a few phones that seem to ring at the same time, and we just answer them as they come. We aren't a big corporation with fancy titles; we’re just a small team trying to manage our hotel properties the best we can. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized during the busy season, but we always sort it out eventually. It’s a simple setup, and it suits the way we like to do things here in LKO.
