Mountain Wood Hotelcon Private Limited is based out of Lucknow, right in the Indira Nagar area. To be exact, we are at number 16 Rajiv Nagar. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, and we like it that way because it's quiet. We focus on hotels and construction things, though mostly it’s just a lot of planning on paper and making calls. The team is small, just a few of us who have known each other for a long time. We aren't fancy people. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and schedules. Lucknow is a big city, but our corner feels small and familiar to us. We chose the name because it felt solid and easy to remember. Dealing with hospitality and building stuff at the same time is a lot of work to manage. There are always new permits to sign and people to coordinate with. We don't use those slick corporate phrases because that’s not who we are. We are just folks trying to build something that stays standing for a long time. The office is often a bit messy with rolls of paper and half-empty cups, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s our own way of doing things. We’ve been at this address for a while and the neighbors know us by now. Some days are slow and others are a total rush. We just take it as it comes.
