We are located over at B 7/2 in the Napier Road Colony. This is Part 1 of the Thakurganj area in Lucknow. It’s an interesting spot to work in. The office is where we handle all the Mahindra Holidays and Resorts stuff. It isn’t some giant skyscraper; it’s just a regular building where we sit and talk to folks about their vacation plans. The UP heat can be something else, so the AC is usually humming in the background while we work. We have a lot of files to keep track of, and the computers are a bit older, but they get the job done. People come in with a lot of questions about memberships and where they can stay. We just sit them down and go through the details one by one. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. Sometimes the phone lines act up, or the traffic on Napier Road makes it hard to hear anything, but that’s just how it is here. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It is just a local office helping people figure out their breaks from work. We drink plenty of chai and try to stay on top of the bookings. Thakurganj has its own pace, and we’ve settled into it nicely over the years. It’s a decent place to spend the day working, even when things get a bit hectic with the paperwork.
