Laetitia Estate Resorts is located in Mahanagar, which is a pretty well-known part of Lucknow. Our office is specifically at B 708 in Sector-C. It’s a decent area to work from. We focus on the resort side of things, mostly looking after properties and seeing how we can make the estate side of the business work. Being in Mahanagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential stuff, so it’s usually quite peaceful around the office. We don't have a massive staff or anything. It's just a few of us handling the resort planning and the estate management side. People often ask about the name, but we just liked how it sounded. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It’s not the most exciting work every single day, but we like it. The Lucknow heat can be tough in the summer, but the office has decent shade. We aren't big on flashy advertisements or trying to sound like some international conglomerate. We’re a private limited company rooted right here in UP. Most of what we do involves making sure the estates we manage are in good shape. It takes a lot of coordination. If you’re ever around Sector-C, that’s where you’ll find our main base. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the task at hand without much fuss or bother. That’s just how we operate.
