Kavala Resorts & Promotions is tucked away in the Sultan Complex on J.N. Road. We’re on the first floor at Shop No. 3. If you know Lucknow, you know J.N. Road can get pretty lively. It’s a good spot because there are always people moving about. We handle a mix of resort management and some promotion work. It’s a bit of a combined effort. The shop isn’t huge, but it fits us just fine. Most days involve talking to people about travel spots or working on ways to get the word out about different resort locations. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't fancy. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in the promotions side, and the resort side keeps us on our toes with bookings and logistics. We like being in the Sultan Complex because it’s easy for people to stop by if they need to chat. We don’t go in for those big, glossy brochures that promise the world. We just tell people what’s available and help them figure out their plans. It’s honest work. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day, but we’re used to it. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s been our home for a while now and we’re happy with how things are going. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way for the most part.
