Hotel Urbane Inn Private Limited is located at Plot No-3A, 3B, and 3C on Khasra No. 1150 and 1151 in Ismailganj, Chinhat. We’re right here in Lucknow, and if you know this part of the city, you know it has its own character. We’ve been working on this place for a while, and it’s always a work in progress in some way or another. Running a hotel isn't like what you see on TV. It’s mostly making sure the rooms are clean, the water is hot, and people feel welcome when they walk in the door. We aren't some massive international chain with a thick manual for everything. We just do what makes sense. If a guest has a problem, we try to fix it right then and there. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy near the road, but that’s just Lucknow for you. Our staff is mostly local folks who know the area well. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to be something we’re not. We’re just a hotel in Chinhat trying to provide a decent place to stay for a fair price. Some days are busier than others, especially when there are events nearby, but we just take it as it comes. We’ve had our ups and downs like any business, but we keep showing up and doing the work. It’s a simple life, really, just looking after people. We don't have a big lobby with gold statues, but we have clean beds and a roof that doesn't leak.
