Goldsum Hotel and Resorts is over in Sector-G, Pocket-2 of the Susha area in Lucknow. Our specific spot is Plot No. G/2/0058. If you have ever been to this part of Lucknow, you know it’s still growing and there are lots of new buildings coming up all around us. We are just a regular private limited company trying to run a hotel business without too much fuss. Every day is pretty much the same routine of checking who is arriving and who is leaving. The staff usually gets here early to start on the rooms. We don't use any fancy software for everything, sometimes it's just notebooks and pens. The address is a bit long to write out on envelopes, but we are easy enough to find if you follow the main road into Sector-G. Lately, the roads have been a bit messy because of the rain, so that makes it harder for the deliveries to reach the plot. We spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors and making sure everything is quiet at night. It’s not like those big chain hotels where everything is stiff and formal. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like normal neighbors. Sometimes we sit outside in the evening when the heat dies down a bit. That is just how we do things here in Lucknow. It’s a job and we do it every day.
