Our place is over in Lucknow, specifically in Vikas Nagar at Plot No-8/901. We’ve been operating from here for some time. It’s a decent area, mostly residential and some shops around. We aren't a giant chain or anything like that. Just a private company trying to run a hotel business in the city. Lucknow is a big place, but Vikas Nagar has its own feel. Our office is right there on the plot. We spend most of our mornings just getting things sorted, checking on the rooms, and talking to the people who stay with us. It’s pretty straightforward work. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just provide a place to stay. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, which is common around here, so we keep a generator ready. It's a lot of manual work, honestly. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we started. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the guests have what they need for the night. The building is easy to find if you know the plot numbers in Vikas Nagar. We keep it clean and try to stay organized, even though it gets messy sometimes with all the paperwork. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who live in the city. We take the bus or drive our scooters to work every morning and stay until the jobs are all done for the day.
