Our operations are based out of Plot No-332 in the New GIDC, Phase-II. This is located in Mithirohar Village, which is part of the Gandhi Dham area. It’s a big industrial zone, so we are surrounded by other plants and factories. We deal with power and steel components on a daily basis. The site is quite large, and there is always something moving around, whether it’s a forklift or a delivery truck. We have several large sheds where the main work happens. It’s hot and the air smells like cut metal and grease. That’s just the environment we work in every day. We’ve been here since this phase of the GIDC started to fill up. Our team is mostly made up of people from the nearby villages. We aren't big on meetings or fancy presentations. We mostly just stand around the machines and figure out how to solve whatever problem came up that morning. The paperwork happens in a small block near the entrance. It's usually quiet there compared to the noise of the plant. We keep our supplies stacked high and try to stay on top of the maintenance. Mithirohar is a bit out of the way for some, but for industrial work, it’s exactly where we need to be. We just focus on the heavy lifting and making sure the steel goes where it’s supposed to go. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to it.
