Our facility for Surya Global Steel Tubes Ltd. is located out at Survey Number 188 in Bhuvad village. It sits right along the highway that connects Anjar and Mundra. If you’ve ever driven that stretch, you know it’s a lot of open land and big industrial sites. We deal with steel tubes, which means there is a lot of heavy lifting and big machinery involved. The sun gets really strong out here in Kachchh, and the wind can pick up quite a bit of dust, but that’s just life in this part of the country. We have people from the surrounding villages who come in to work every day. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep things grounded. We don't have a team of people in suits running around. It’s mostly engineers and laborers making sure the pipes are made correctly. The site stays busy around the clock sometimes. It can be quite a sight when the big trucks are lined up to load the finished tubes. We just focus on making sure the machines are running and the schedule is being met. It’s a lot of hard work in a tough environment, but we’ve been at it for a while now. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion; the work we do speaks for itself when people see the final product. We just keep our heads down.
