Neelam Metal Industries

Being located in the Kandla Special Economic Zone means we have a lot of rules to follow, but it's where Neelam Metal Industries belongs. We take up units 138 to 140 in Sector-1. It's a big space because metal work takes up a lot of room. There’s always the sound of grinding or moving heavy sheets around. It can be quite loud, so we usually have to shout to be heard over the machinery. We deal with various types of metal and the processing that goes with it. The SEZ is a busy place with lots of trucks coming and going at all hours. We’ve been here for a long time, and we've seen many companies come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. The weather in Gandhidham can be tough, especially in the heat, but the workshop stays busy regardless. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly it's just safety signs and production schedules. Our workers are skilled with their hands and they know how to handle the equipment without needing much supervision. It’s a practical environment. We focus on getting the metal cut, shaped, and shipped out as required. We don't spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a metal factory in the zone, doing the work that needs to be done every day to keep things moving and people employed.
