In the middle of the School Block in Shakarpur, New Delhi, you can find our PSL Ltd office at S-222, Shyama Sadan. It’s a narrow building in a very crowded part of town. If you’re trying to find us, you usually have to navigate through a lot of scooters and people walking to the local shops. The office inside is a bit of a maze, with desks tucked into every available corner. We’ve got a lot of history in this building. The walls are covered with old calendars and maps of the city that help us keep track of things. Since we’re in New Delhi, the energy is always high, and the phone seems to ring every five minutes. We deal with a lot of administrative work and coordinating between different departments. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows everyone else’s business, and we usually eat lunch together at one big table in the back. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, just a small plate next to the door. Sometimes the power goes out and we all have to wait for the backup to kick in, which gives us a few minutes to catch up on gossip. It’s not a shiny glass office, but it’s where we get our work done. We focus on getting through our checklists and making sure no errors slip through the cracks. It’s a regular job in a busy neighborhood, and we’re fine with that.
