Neelkanth Group

Neelkanth Group is situated at Bbz-South-60 near Zanda Chowk. The building itself is just called 'Neelkanth' and it sits right in the middle of a very active area. Zanda Chowk is always full of life, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our windows. We have a few rooms here where we manage different parts of our business. It’s a mix of old files, computers that have seen better days, and people constantly talking on phones. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; things just happen as they need to. If someone needs something done, we just do it. The office has that lived-in feel, with tea stains on the coasters and piles of magazines in the corner. We spend a lot of time just coordinating things from here. It gets quite crowded in the afternoons when everyone is back from their site visits. We don’t have any fancy signs or neon lights out front. Most people find us because they already know where we are or someone told them. It’s a very local way of doing things. We deal with all sorts of people every day, from delivery drivers to local officials. It can be a bit overwhelming when the phones won’t stop ringing, but we just take it one call at a time. It’s a practical place for practical work, and we like the fact that we are right in the heart of the action where things feel real.
