We are right near the Time Square Empire building, so that’s where the name comes from. Being on the first floor is handy since people don't have to climb too many stairs to see us. Mirzapur Road is usually humming with activity. We handle property stuff from this office every day. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our computers and our phone lines, and we talk to people about what they’re looking for. Time Square Properties Private Limited is a local company, even if the name sounds a bit big. We know this area of the city quite well. There’s a lot of movement on Mirzapur Road, and we’re right in the thick of it. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in our office.
