Highway 8a is always busy with trucks, and the noise never really stops. Our office at Rathorechamber in Sector 9-c is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out looking at land. Gandhidham is a growing place, especially out here near the highway. Labh Properties deals with a lot of paperwork and maps for the different sectors around here. Kachchh can get really dusty and the wind blows pretty hard across the open plots, which makes site visits a bit of a chore sometimes. We keep a few plastic chairs for people to sit while we look over the property details and the legal papers. It’s not a very quiet office because of the traffic outside, but it’s easy for people to find us. We know these roads and the local landmarks pretty well by now. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just driving from one plot to another to see if the markers are still there or if the fences need fixing. It’s a lot of checking and re-checking things manually. We don't use any fancy software, just the files we've kept over the years in our cabinets. The sun really beats down on the highway, so we usually try to do the site visits early or much later in the day when it's cooler. Being in Sector 9-c puts us right in the middle of things, and we just stick to what we know.
