Our office is tucked away in Silver Arc, right near the B. M. Petrol Pump in Sector 8. If you know Gandhidham, you know how busy that petrol pump area gets. We are in office number 4, which is actually a combination of units 25 and 26. We spend our days looking at maps and dealing with land documents. People come in asking about different plots and what is available in the area. It is mostly local folks or people looking to put some money into land around here. The office has those typical big desks and a few chairs for visitors. We have a lot of files about different sites around town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we are used to it. We drink a lot of tea while going over site plans and talking to buyers or sellers. It is a straightforward business, really. We just help people find a piece of land that fits what they are looking for. There is no big sales pitch here, just showing what is on the market and handling the registration stuff. The walls are covered with a few local maps and some old calendars. It’s a practical space where we handle the daily grind of the real estate world here in Gandhidham. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved.
