We are located at Gf-1 in Patel Avenue, which is on Plot No. 170 in Sector 1-a. Gandhidham has been growing a lot lately, and being right here in the mix of things is interesting. Our office is on the ground floor, so people often just walk in to ask questions about land or what is happening in the area. We have a lot of maps and old blueprints rolled up in the corners. It is a bit cramped with all the paperwork, but we know where everything is. Mostly, we spend our time looking at plots and dealing with the local property details. It’s a lot of back and forth with the registry and checking on different sites around Kachchh. The office has a bit of a lived-in feel, maybe a bit too much dust on the shelves, but we are too busy to worry about that. We usually start the morning early before it gets too hot outside. Patel Avenue is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside our window. We don't really do the big sales pitches. We just show people what is available and let them decide. It's practical work. Sometimes the printer acts up right when we need to print a contract, which is frustrating, but we manage. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan to stay right here in Sector 1-a.
