Our place is at number 125 in Manali Tower, which is on the first floor of Plot 110 here in Gandhidham. We deal with food products, so there is always something being moved around or checked. The air smells a bit like whatever we are processing that day. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a minute, but that is just how the business goes. We have a small team of people who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and how everyone likes their tea in the morning. Gandhidham is a practical place to be for this kind of work. We do not spend money on expensive decorations; we would rather keep the machines running right. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fans are always on high. We just focus on getting the food products out the door and making sure the counts are correct. It is simple, honest work that keeps us all occupied. We do not have any big speeches, we just do the job and go home to our families.
