Aarbee Food Arts

Our place is located in Sandeep Chambers, right by the Hotel Swagat building. If you look for the 6th window, that’s where we are. It’s an interesting spot to work from. We spend most of our time dealing with food-related tasks and getting orders ready. It isn't always quiet in here because there is always something being prepped or moved around. The building itself has been there for a long time. We’ve gotten used to the layout of the 102 unit. It’s not a massive kitchen, but it serves its purpose for what we do daily. We don't have a team of hundreds, just a few people who know the ropes. Every morning we check what supplies came in and what needs to go out. Dealing with food means you can’t really sit around much. You have to stay on top of things or everything gets backed up. Some days are faster than others. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big marketing plan. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw the sign near the hotel. We just focus on the recipes and the packing. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we just keep going. We like the work we do. It’s practical, hands-on, and keeps us on our toes from start to finish. We’re just local folks doing our job in this corner of the city. We try to keep the counters clean and the boxes moving out.
