Kutch Fossil Resort

Down in Nakhatrana, in the village of Po Than Godhinodhar, you will find Kutch Fossil Resort. This is a very different kind of place compared to the busy city. We are out in the Kutch area where things are a bit slower and the landscape is wide open. We have been here for a long time, working with the land and the fossils that are found around this region. It is a quiet spot, and that is why people like to come out this way. We don't have the big lights of the city or the loud traffic. It’s mostly just the wind and the local birds. The resort is a simple place. We try to keep things looking natural and comfortable without being too over the top. It’s a family-run kind of operation. We take care of the rooms and the grounds ourselves. When visitors show up, we just treat them like guests in our own home. There isn't a big reception desk with a guy in a suit. It’s just us. We spend our time showing people the interesting things we've found in the ground over the years. Nakhatrana is a beautiful part of the world, and we feel lucky to have our place here in Godhinodhar. It’s a long drive for some, but once you get here, you understand why we stay. We don't need any fancy bells and whistles to enjoy it.
