Hotel Nilam

If you are looking for us in Bhuj, we are right on Station Road. It’s a busy area, especially since we are just opposite the Prince Hotel. People find us easily when they arrive in town. We started this place to give folks a decent spot to stay that isn't too complicated. Bhuj can get quite hot, so we try to keep the rooms as comfortable as we can with what we have. Our staff has been with us for years, and they know how to handle the daily rush. It’s mostly people traveling for work or families visiting the local sites. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just a straightforward hotel where you get your key and a bit of peace. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or we have to wait on a delivery, but that’s part of running a business in this part of Gujarat. We make tea in the mornings and keep the front desk open for whoever walks in. The building has some age to it, but it’s sturdy. We keep the floors swept and the water running. It’s not a resort, just a building with rooms on a noisy street. Most people stay for a night or two before moving on to the Rann or other places. We like the rhythm of it. Hotel Nilam is just a part of the local scenery now, and we plan to stay that way for a long time.
