Four Seasons International

Our office is in Gandhidham, specifically at Parvati Chambers. We are across from the Syndicate Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us in the busy market area. Kutch is a unique place to work, especially with the port so close by. Most of our day is spent dealing with international trade documents and coordinating with different agencies. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but the atmosphere is far from boring. The air outside is often salty and dusty because of the coastal location and the heavy truck traffic. We’ve got a small space on the first floor where we keep all our records. It’s often a bit of a mess with piles of shipping papers and empty tea cups. We don’t go for the corporate look; we just have what we need to function. The building is old, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s a good location for staying connected to the local business community. We have a few regular clients who drop by just to chat about the market or have a quick smoke downstairs. The work can be stressful when shipments are delayed, but we’ve learned to take it as it comes. It’s a practical business run by people who know the local docks and the regional trade routes well. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everything is moving on schedule.
