Down in Gandhidham Kachchh, you’ll find us at Plot No. 26-27-28. We are tucked away in Sector I I of the Kandla Special Economic Zone. It’s a huge area and there is always something going on. Capital Foods Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend our days dealing with all the food stuff. It’s a bit different from the other shops nearby because we have to keep things a certain way for the food. We’ve got a lot of people working across those three plots, and it can get pretty hectic when the big orders are being processed. The SEZ has its own rules, so we have to follow those, which keeps us on our toes. The weather out here in Kachchh can be tough, really hot and dry most of the time, but the factory is where we stay focused. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. Most of the people around here just know us as the food place at the end of the road. It’s a big facility, and walking from one side of Plot No. 26 to the other side of Plot No. 28 takes longer than you’d think. We just keep our heads down and make sure the production lines are moving.
