Our mill, Agrawal Round Rolling Mills Ltd., is over in Sampa Colony. We are located in the Agrawal Complex, which sits right opposite the Pradeep Pandey Nursing Homes. It’s a fairly quiet area except for the noise coming from our machinery. We’ve been running this mill for quite a few years now. The complex is our home base, and it's where everything happens, from the rolling to the final checks. It’s not a glamorous job. You’ll see plenty of grease and hear a lot of heavy clanking if you visit. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We’re just local people doing a job that needs doing. Having the nursing home right across from us makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't been here before. We've seen Sampa Colony grow and change over time. Our day usually starts early and ends when the work is finished. We don’t follow a strict corporate schedule. If there’s work to do, we stay and do it. We try to keep things straightforward with everyone we deal with. No hidden agendas or fancy promises. We just run the rolling mills and try to keep everything in good order. It’s a practical business for practical people. We don't need any high-tech offices to do what we do. We just focus on the heavy lifting and getting the batches rolled out correctly every single day for our clients.
