Nehru English Medium High School

We are based on Gutti Road in Banaganapalle, down in the Kurnool district. It’s a standard English medium school where we teach kids from the local area. The school building is right on the main road, so it’s easy to find. Every morning, the sound of the bell signals the start of the assembly. We have students of all ages, from the little ones to the high schoolers. The classrooms have big windows to let in the air, and the desks are the typical wooden ones you see everywhere. Our teachers spend a lot of time writing on the blackboards and checking homework. It’s a noisy place during the breaks when everyone is out in the corridors or the small yard. We don't have a lot of high-tech equipment, just the essentials for a decent education. The office is a busy little room where we handle fees and admissions. Banaganapalle is a quiet town, but the school brings a lot of energy to Gutti Road. Sometimes we have events where parents come in, and the whole place gets packed. We try to keep things running smoothly, even when the power goes out or it’s raining hard outside. It’s just a regular school where we do our best to get through the curriculum every year without too much fuss. Most of our students live within walking distance, so the school is very much part of the local life.
