Velankani Matriculation Higher Secondary School

We are located on the Krishnagiri Main Road over in Bargur. If you know the area, you’ve probably seen the Velankani Matriculation Higher Secondary School building as you drive through. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when the kids are all arriving. We have been here for a good while now, dealing with all the daily stuff that comes with running a school. It is a matriculation school, so we follow that system for the higher secondary levels. The classrooms are pretty standard, nothing too fancy, but they get the job done for the teachers and the students. We have a lot of students coming from different parts of Krishnagiri. The staff room is always a bit cluttered with notebooks and papers that need grading. It’s just how it is here. You might find us sitting in the office handling some paperwork or talking to a parent who stopped by for a chat. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People just know us because we are right there on the main road. The gates open early and we stay until the last bus leaves in the evening. Sometimes the fans in the rooms are a bit noisy, but nobody really minds once the lessons start. It’s a local place for local families. We try to keep things organized, but with so many students, there’s always something happening that wasn’t planned. That is just life at a school like ours in Bargur.
