T S M R Cyber College is located right on T B Road in Changanacherry. If you are familiar with Kottayam, you know this part of town gets quite busy with traffic. Our building is right in the middle of that hustle. We deal with older students mostly, people trying to get their degrees or learn some computer skills. Inside, the labs have rows of computers, and you can always hear the hum of the air conditioners trying to keep the machines from getting too hot. It isn't a fancy campus with big gardens. Instead, we have hallways that lead to different classrooms where people sit and type for hours. The staff here are usually busy fixing some software issue or helping a student figure out a coding problem that has them stuck. We drink a lot of tea from the shop nearby just to keep going through the afternoon sessions. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is a bit of a headache for a place with "cyber" in the name, but we get it fixed eventually. The students come from all over the local area, arriving by bus or scooter. They are mostly focused on finishing their work and finding a decent job later. We just provide the space and the machines they need. It’s a practical place, no bells or whistles, just a building full of people trying to learn tech in the 686101 area.
