Saint Berchmans College

Saint Berchmans is a place with many years of history behind it. We are located in Changanacherry, Kerala, right in the heart of the town. The campus has that classic Kerala look, with plenty of green trees and older buildings that have stood for a long time. It is not just a college; it is a big part of the local life here in Changanassery. You will find us on the main road in the 686101 area. The hallways are wide and the ceilings are very high, which really helps when the weather gets humid like it often does here. We have students coming from all over the district to study with us. It is a very busy place with many different departments and classrooms. We do not go in for any fancy talk or try to sound like a big corporation. We are a traditional college and we like it that way. The library is one of the favorite spots because it is quiet and filled with old books. You can hear the sounds of the town from the open windows, but mostly it is just the sound of the teachers and students. The staff here have been around for decades in some cases, and we know every corner of the grounds. We spend our days managing the schedules and making sure the exams happen on time. It is a lot of work to keep an old place running well. We just take things one day at a time.
