St Judes'S Global School & Jr College

Manarcaudu is a decent place to be, and St Judes'S Global School & Jr College is right in the middle of it all. We have got a mix of younger kids and the older ones who are finishing up their junior college years. It makes for an interesting atmosphere because the hallways are never really quiet. In the mornings, the buses pull up and it is a bit of a scramble to get everyone into their rooms on time. We have been here in Kottayam for a while, so most families around here know the routine by now. The building itself is sturdy and has seen plenty of students come and go over the seasons. We do not try to make things sound more complicated than they are. It is a school, plain and simple. We have classes, we have lunch breaks, and we have teachers who are probably a bit tired by Friday afternoon. The junior college students are usually a bit more serious, worrying about their next steps, while the younger ones are just happy to be outside during recess. It is a big operation to manage, but we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the weather is nice and we can do things outdoors, but mostly we are inside working through the books. It is just a local school doing its thing for the community here, without any fancy talk or unnecessary fluff.
