Sudhar Hadoti Honey Producer Company Limited is located at Khasra No-397 in the village of Khatoli, which is part of Piplda Tehsil in Kota. We are way out in the rural part of the district where there are plenty of flowers and trees for the bees. The office is part of the Sudhar Sfurti cluster, and it’s a place where you can usually smell the wax and honey if you’re close enough. We aren't a big factory or anything. It is mostly local folks who have been keeping bees or working the land for years. We decided to group up because processing and selling honey is hard to do when you’re on your own. Most of our day is spent out near the hives or checking the filters in the small processing area we have set up. The village of Khatoli is pretty small, so everyone knows who we are. We don't have any fancy sales talk or corporate strategies. We just focus on getting the honey from the hives into the containers without a lot of fuss. The summer months are the busiest for us, and it can get incredibly hot out here in the fields. We keep our records in a simple ledger and meet under the shade when it’s time to talk business. It’s a practical life, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
