Shlok Enterprises

Shlok Enterprises has been over here on Baran Road for a while now. You can find us at New Dhanmandi, right at number 72. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, especially early in the mornings when the trucks start coming in and out. We mostly deal with the regular stuff people need for their daily work and trade. It’s a simple setup, nothing too fancy. My brother and I usually handle the counter and talk to the farmers and local buyers who stop by. Sometimes the dust from the market gets everywhere, but that is just how it is working in a mandi. We keep our doors open most days unless there is a festival or some big family thing going on. People know where we are if they need to pick something up or just want to check on prices. We try to keep things organized but it’s a lot of work with all the stock moving. If you are driving down Baran Road, just look for the sign near the main gate. We have been sitting in this same spot and haven't really thought about moving because our regulars know us here. It is not a huge place but we manage to fit everything we need inside. Most people just call ahead if they are coming from far away to make sure we have what they want ready. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day. It’s been this way for a long time now and we don’t expect it to change much.
