Usha Agro Industries

Usha Agro Industries is located at 43 B on the Main Road of Bhamashah Krishi Mandi. We do processing here, so there is usually the sound of machinery humming in the background. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we’re used to it after all these years. We handle a lot of different agricultural products depending on the season. The shed is quite large to keep everything dry when it rains. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in. It’s a hands-on job, and we’re usually out there on the floor rather than sitting behind a desk. We’ve got some regular workers who have been with us for years, so we all know how things should run. It’s a practical setup without any unnecessary fluff. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. If you need us, you just walk in and find someone. The road outside is always busy with tractors, so getting in and out can be a bit of a wait sometimes. We like it here because we are close to the heart of the trade. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on getting the processing right and keeping things moving. It gets loud and it gets hot, but it’s the work we’ve always done. We don't see any reason to change how we do things now.
