Our home base is at Surendra Kumar’s place in Shree Mohan Lal Nagar, which is right in Bhilwara. It’s a busy part of town, but we keep our operations pretty simple. Phooliyaaanwla Farmer Producer Company Limited is basically a local group for the farmers around here. We don't have a big corporate office with fancy signs. It’s just a place where we can gather, store some things, and figure out the logistics for our crops. Surendra manages the daily chores, and there’s always someone coming by with a tractor or a truck. Bhilwara is a good place for this kind of work, but it keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time checking the quality of what comes in from the farms. It’s not always perfect work. The office can get messy with samples and old ledgers, and there’s always a bit of dust from the road. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. We talk to the farmers, see what they need, and try to get the best results for the whole group. It’s practical, everyday stuff. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a load, and other days we’re just sitting around waiting for the weather to clear. It’s a real business run by real people who know the struggle of farming.
