Madhuamrit Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Village Pudu. We are in the Kota Block area. Our main point of contact is Bandhu Singh. Being in a village means our business is very closely tied to the land and the seasons. We are a farmer producer company, which basically means a bunch of us got together to try and make things better for our farms. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. Most of our meetings happen sitting outside or in a simple room in the village. We talk about crops, prices, and how to get our products to the market without losing too much money. Pudu is a quiet place most of the year, but it gets busy during harvest time. That’s when you’ll see everyone from the company working hard. We deal with things like honey and other farm produce. The name Madhuamrit suggests sweetness, and we try to bring that to our work. It’s not always easy though. Sometimes the rain doesn't come when it should or the market prices drop suddenly. We just have to stick together and figure it out. We don't have a website with flashy photos or a marketing team. We just have our hands and our knowledge of the soil here in Kota. People know Bandhu Singh and they know they can come to him with their concerns. It’s a very traditional way of working, but it’s what we know and it works for us.
