About Kota Zila Dugh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh – Industrial Plant & Machines in Kota
Our setup is out here in Rawatbhata Akhelgrah, which is where we handle the dairy work for Kota Zila Dugh Utpadak Sahakari Sangh. It’s a cooperative, so it’s really about a bunch of us working together with the local farmers. The day starts way before the sun is up. You can hear the trucks pulling in around 4 AM, and the noise doesn't really stop until late afternoon. We deal with milk, mostly. There are tanks to clean, testing to be done, and making sure everything is cooled down properly. It’s not a fancy job by any means. Our clothes usually smell like milk and the floor is always a bit wet from the washing. We have a lot of local people coming in and out, some dropping off cans, others taking crates. We’ve been a part of the community for a long time now. People know they can come here and find us working. We don't have any big corporate offices or polished receptionists. If you need someone, you just walk past the loading bay and find one of us in the back. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but the milk has to go out every single day. We take care of the machinery when it breaks and try to keep things moving as best as we can. It’s just how we live and work here in the Rawatbhata area.
