Deep Jyoti Timber

Deep Jyoti Timber is located at 38 in the Kota Junction Industrial Area. It is a place that smells like fresh wood and sawdust all the time. Being near the junction means there is a lot of movement around us, with trains and trucks always nearby. Our yard is full of different types of timber stacked up in piles. We spend a lot of time moving these heavy planks around, which is quite a workout. The sun can be really harsh in the industrial area, so the wood needs to be covered and cared for so it doesn't warp. We aren't a big showroom with polished floors. It is mostly dirt and wood chips underfoot here. People come to us when they are building houses or making furniture and need raw materials. We talk about wood grains and sizes more than anything else. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and our clothes are usually covered in dust by the end of the shift. We have a small cabin where we keep our records and escape the heat for a bit. It is a simple operation. We receive the wood, we sort it, and we sell it. We have been in this industrial area for a long time and we know how things work around here. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. There isn't much more to it than that.
