Bellary is a place known for its heat and its iron, and our school and college is right in the middle of it at Gandhinagar. Specifically, we are on 3rd Cross. The building is a multi-story structure that looks out over the busy street. You can hear the sounds of traffic and the occasional horn from the main road throughout the day. Inside, the floors are tiled and get cleaned every morning before the first bell. We have a lot of classrooms packed into the space. The office is usually a bit of a mess with admission forms and stacks of books waiting to be handed out. The staff here is mostly busy running from one floor to another. We have a small area where the students line up, and it gets pretty crowded during the break times. The fans are always on full speed because of the Bellary weather. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some charts and the school calendar. The neighborhood has a lot of small houses and other buildings, so it feels very urban. By the end of the day, everyone is tired and ready to head home. It’s a fast-paced environment where the schedule is tight, and there is always something that needs fixing or an extra set of hands for the paperwork. We just keep the doors open and get the work done.
