Swamy Vivekananda English Medium School

Swamy Vivekananda English Medium School is over on Lions Club Road in Ward No.25, just off the main Koppal Road here in Koppal. We’ve been here for a good while, serving the local families who want their kids to learn in English. The school isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside, just a solid building that holds our classrooms and a small office for the administration. We have a playground that gets a lot of use, though it can get quite hot out there in the afternoon sun. Most of our teachers are from right here in the area, so they have a good connection with the parents and the local community. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk to get people in the door. The reputation of the school mostly comes from word of mouth between neighbors. We follow the regular curriculum and try to make sure every student keeps up with their reading and writing. Sometimes the fans in the classrooms get a bit noisy, and we have to fix things here and there, but we keep the place running. It’s just a normal school where we work hard to give the kids a basic, solid education. We open up early, get through the lessons, and make sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day. It’s a humble place, but it serves our town well. People know they can come to us if they have questions about their children.
