We are based in Ballari, specifically in Takkalakota. It’s a different world from the big cities. Our office is C/o Sree Hari in the 20th Ward of Devinagara, Halekote. It’s a more quiet and traditional setting. We don’t have the tall glass buildings you see in Bangalore. Instead, we work from a place that feels more like a home. Kalavakollu Software is just a small operation. Most of the people around here know each other, so it’s a friendly atmosphere. The weather gets really hot in Ballari, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working well. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy HR department. It’s just a few of us handling things as they come. The pace of life in Takkalakota is a bit slower, which we appreciate. We do our work without the constant noise of heavy traffic. Sometimes the power is a bit patchy, but we’ve learned to work around it. Our address is easy to find if you know the Devinagara area. We are just regular folks trying to build something from our hometown. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to each other. We just keep it simple and focus on the day’s work. 583122 is where we are, and we’re happy to be part of this community. It is a humble setup but it serves its purpose for our small team.
