We are located at 255 Rg Road, inside the Jawali Complex in Karatagi. It’s a busy building with a lot of different shops, but you can find us if you look for our small sign. We’ve been here for several years now, focusing on IT stuff like fixing computers and setting up small networks for other businesses nearby. The space is a bit small, mostly filled with monitors, towers, and spare parts. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls. It’s more of a workshop where we actually get our hands dirty with the hardware. We’ve got a couple of technicians who know their way around a motherboard. Sometimes the repairs take a little longer than we’d like because we have to wait for specific parts to be sent over, but we do what we can. People from all over Karatagi come to us when their laptops act up. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to customers; we just tell them what’s wrong and how much it will cost to fix it. It’s a humble place, and we’re happy with that. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late when there’s a big pile of work to get through. We’re just a local team trying to keep the computers in town running smoothly.
