Our business, Chandana Bio Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located at # 10/159, Vivek Nivasa, on Smc Road in Kondangallu. It’s a pretty straightforward setup in a regular house. We don’t have a big reception desk or a waiting room. Usually, you’ll just find us in the back rooms working on the accounts or talking to people from the nearby farms. We focus a lot on bio farming methods, which means we spend a lot of time learning and teaching each other new things. It’s not always easy to change old habits, and we have plenty of long discussions about it. We aren't a big city company with a lot of money to spend on advertising. We just rely on people knowing who we are and what we do. The road outside can get dusty when it’s dry, and the office gets a bit cramped when too many people show up at once. We don’t mind it much, though. It’s just part of the job. We try to be practical and honest about what can be done. Sometimes the crops don't do well and we have to figure out what went wrong. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We’re just here to work on the land and make the producer company function. It’s a lot of daily grind, but it’s what we know. We aren't polished, we are just working.
