Our place is located at number 75 within the Udhiyan Industrial Estate. It is on 3 Pagla Danga Road. If you come by this way, you will notice it’s a very busy industrial zone. There are always trucks lined up and people moving crates around. We have a solid building here where we handle all our daily operations. It is not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or shiny floors. It is just a functional space with some desks in the front and storage in the back. The road gets pretty muddy when the rains come, which is just part of being in this estate. We have a small team, and we all know our roles. Most of our time is spent checking through the inventory and handling the paperwork. The other businesses nearby are all doing similar work, so it feels like a very active environment. We have been at this address for many years now and it suits us fine. We don't really do any big advertisements. People usually find us because they know where the estate is. We keep a kettle in the corner for tea and just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just make sure the boxes are packed and the records are kept straight before we head home for the evening.
