Sahayog Hortica Pvt. Ltd. sits right here at Green Mall on Gariahat Road. It’s the South part of the road where things stay pretty busy all day. We spend most of our time dealing with plants and everything that goes with them. If you’ve been down to 40/D lately, you’ve probably seen the greenery we keep around. The weather in this part of town gets a bit humid, but it’s good for what we do. People stop by and ask about garden stuff quite a lot. It’s not a fancy setup, just a place where we work with soil and seeds. Most mornings start with checking on the stock and making sure everything is watered. Gariahat Road is always noisy with traffic, but inside the mall, it feels a bit different. We’ve been here for a while now. The staff mostly just gets on with it. We handle a lot of different horticultural supplies. Sometimes the shipments arrive late because of the traffic near the junction, but we manage. It’s just us here, trying to keep things growing. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just the space here at Green Mall where the work happens. If you are walking past the south side of the road, you can’t really miss us. It’s a practical kind of job, really. We just focus on the plants and the people who need them for their own spaces. That’s about it for us at Sahayog Hortica.
