Our office is located over on Kustia Road, right on the first floor. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We mostly spend our time here at WM Realtor Private Limited going through listings and making sure all the documents for our clients are in order. It’s not the quietest street in Kolkata, but it has its own rhythm that we’ve come to appreciate. The office is 1B/24, and it’s a modest space where we handle the day-to-day business of real estate. We don't have any fancy speeches prepared about what we do. Basically, if there’s a property issue or someone is looking for a place, we sit down and look at what’s available. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly it's just keeping up with the phone calls. The first-floor location is handy because we don’t have to wait for the lift every time we need to step out for a site visit. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Kustia Road has its busy hours, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. We try to keep things simple and honest here. There are no big corporate meetings, just a few of us working together to keep the business running. We deal with people from all over the city who are trying to figure out their next move and need some help with the local details.
