We are based out of Lal Bazar Street, right here in the heart of Kolkata. Our office is on the 4th floor, specifically in room 2 3B. It’s a busy area and sometimes the street noise reaches us even up here, but you get used to it after a while. We spend most of our days dealing with various property matters, looking through documents and talking to people about where they want to live or set up shop. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office with desks and chairs and a lot of files. We’ve been at this for some time now. Lal Bazar is a bit of a maze if you don't know it, but we like being central. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is quite a climb to the fourth floor. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. People come by to ask about plots or flats, and we try to give them the straight answer. The weather in Kolkata can be a bit much, especially in the summer, so the office is our main spot to stay out of the sun while we get the paperwork sorted. We handle the usual realtor stuff without making a big fuss about it. If you’re walking down Lal Bazar Street, you’ll see the building. It’s an old part of town with a lot of character.
