Welcome Hair Saloon

We've been at P-15, Tiretta Bazar Street for quite a while now. If you know the BSNL Exchange, we're right across from there. It's a busy spot in Kolkata, especially during the mornings when everyone is heading to work. The shop isn't fancy at all. We have the usual chairs and mirrors that have seen many years. People come in for a quick haircut or a shave before their day starts. Sometimes the tea stall next door brings over some chai while we wait for the next person. It gets crowded on weekends. You might have to wait a bit on those days because we only have a few people working here. Most of our customers live right here in the neighborhood or work nearby. They know us by name, and we know how they like their hair cut without even asking. We keep the place clean as much as we can, though with all the hair and talk, it stays lively. There is no music playing, just the sound of the street and the scissors. We open early because that's when the market people need us. It's just a simple hair saloon where you can sit down, get your work done, and go back to your day. Nothing complicated about it. We just do what we know. The fan hums all day, and we keep the doors open to let the breeze in from the street. It is what it is.
