Our office for Vridz Realty Private Limited is located at 28/Y Ram Krishna Samadhi Road. If you know this area, you know it has its own pace. We spend a lot of our hours looking over site plans or typing up details for people interested in property around here. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and maps. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be annoying when we are trying to look things up, but we make do. We are not a giant corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us who live nearby and know the local streets. We eat our lunch together most days, usually something brought from home. There is a lot of walking involved in this job, going out to see different spots or meeting someone near a landmark. We do not do big advertisements or anything like that. People mostly find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a friend. It is just practical work, dealing with houses and land without any of the extra drama you see in movies. We just keep at it every day.
