If you go down to Fairlie Place in Kolkata 700001, you will find us at H.M.P House. VRAJESH PROPERTY LLP is on the 4th floor in Room 421A. This part of the city is very old and has a lot of history. The buildings are grand but can be a bit crumbly in places. Our office is right in the middle of all the commercial action. It is a very busy area with a lot of people rushing around all day. We handle property matters, which in this part of town usually means commercial spaces and old offices. The building has a lot of character and the lifts are those old-fashioned ones that still work fine. We have a lot of old ledgers and modern computers side by side. It is a bit of a mix of the old and the new. We spend our days dealing with leases and sales. It is noisy outside with the traffic and the street vendors, but we have gotten used to it. We drink tea from the stall downstairs and talk to the other business owners in the building. We have been in H.M.P House for a long time and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It is a solid place to work and everyone knows where Fairlie Place is. We just keep doing our thing and helping people find space.
