Vikram India Limited

We have been here at Tobacco House for a long time now. Most people know the spot at 1, Old Court House Corner because it is right in the middle of everything. Our space is on the 4th floor. Getting up here is part of the morning routine for everyone. The building itself has that old feeling you only find in this part of town. It stays pretty busy around the corner with people coming and going all day. We just keep our heads down and handle the work that comes in. Some days it is quiet, but usually, there is a lot of noise from the street below. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some shops closed down and new ones opened up, but we are still in the same spot. The office isn't anything fancy. It is just desks, some chairs, and stacks of papers that seem to grow on their own. We drink a lot of tea while we go through the tasks. Sometimes the elevator acts up, so we take the stairs, which is quite a climb to the fourth floor. It keeps us moving though. Most of the folks here have been with us for years. We know each other's families and what everyone likes for lunch. It is just how things go at Vikram India Limited. We don't do much talking about ourselves, we just get on with it. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in an old building.
